ZELLAMID® 1400 PBT (Polybuthylene Terephthalate)

PBT offers excellent mechanical properties combined with good chemical resistance. ZELLAMID^® 1400 PBT has good impact resistance and toughness, low coefficient of friction combined with good sliding and wear characteristics. High strength and durability with good dimensional stability due to low water absorption are some of the other properties. ZELLAMID^® 1400 PBT is approved in USA for medical applications (USP6).
