This Molybdenum Disulfide filled Nylon 6 shows improved sliding properties at slightly higher compressive strength in comparison to unfilled PA 6. UV-radiation resistance is enhanced by its black colour.

It has also improved wear resistance and lower surface friction than unfilled PA 6. Moreover moisture absorption is also a bit lower.
