

- Our Distributor policy is valid for all of our activities worldwide Distributors and Zell-Metall Ges.m.b.H. Engineering Plastics (ZM) need to develop mutual trust and need to act in concert.
- No policy can be unilateral. Both must understand the other’s approach to the market and be willing to compromise for the combined benefit of both.
- ZM will find and name authorised Distributors in areas where ZM is not yet represented.
- If ZM does not find an appropriate Distributor it will sell direct.
- Distributor should declare its purchasing policy, basic trading area, primary markets served and its commitment to ZM and ZELLAMID®.
- Distribution is local and ZM will direct business to ZM Distributors whenever it makes sense and is possible.
- ZM will not extend their distribution program to more than an appropriate number of distributors in a given area.
- Direct sales are a result of large quantities or special products that realistically need to be sold direct. ZM and Distributor will agree on a policy regarding this issue.
- Distributor will receive marketing and sales aids including sales and technical literature, samples, leads, co-operative sales calls and technical assistance.
- ZM requires an inventory commitment from the distributor
- Distributor should understand ZM´s need for specific feedback on market conditions.
- The Distributor will act with financial responsibility.
- The Distributor will maintain a proper warehouse and clean inventory therein.Sales facilities shall be modern.
- Distributor will employ properly trained sales people dedicated to the ZELLAMID® product line.
- The Distributor recognises that it has a responsibility to develop and promote and grow the ZELLAMID® sales volume in its area.
Zell-Metall Ges.m.b.H. Engineering Plastics Distributors:
- regard Engineering Plastic stock shapes as a strategic product.
- buy and hold sufficient local inventory.
- resell also small quantities from local inventory.
- like to sell brand names.
- pay Zell-Metall Ges.m.b.H. Engineering Plastics on time.
