Dear Customer,

at the moment we are facing steep cuts in our daily life, no matter if private or business. Since
18.3.2020, we follow our preventive duties to protect the health of our employees and their families.
We support our team to work as much as possible from home offices. We currently are setting-up all
necessary IT-Infrastructure to enable secure access to our central servers and to our customer
and supplier-base. Should there be any errors or longer response time to your inquiries due to this
transition phase, we apologize in advance.

We ensure, that our business is conducted, until further notice as usual. Our supply chain as well
as logistics are working well. Also, communication with you remains as usual.

The Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, the Federation of Austrian Industry and we as your supplier
support the recommendation of the Austrian Government and advice our employees to work as much
as possible from home offices. The measures the Austrian Government has taken so far (restrictions of
going out, etc.) do not make it mandatory to shut down manufacturing, stop production or similar for
the Austrian Industry at the moment.

The situation and the governmental directives are changing very dynamically due to the spread of the
COVID-19. What stays constant is our flexibility as well as our willingness to overcome all the future
challenges together with you, despite the current situation.

In order to keep up our supplies to you, we also kindly ask you to inform us, if you plan to temporarily
shut down your operations, be it voluntarily or mandatory.
